Balcony + Central Station Cafes + 2bedroom

Nice location, unresponsive host, disappointing stay Positive: Location was great, near the railway station and pretty much next to a bakery, shops with lots of breakfast options. The place was easy to find. It was also quiet. It was nice to have a little balcony. Negative: Unfortunately, we found quite a few little problems and two major ones. The first major one was that the shower was completely blocked and wouldn't drain (a plunger was provided, but this did hardly anything). The second problem was that when I reported this it was met with no response. Otherwise, there were no lightbulbs in one of the lamps, one reading light between two bedrooms. Especially after I got no response from reporting the non-draining shower, I just got the impression that whoever owns this puts in as little effort as they can get away with.

Lovely apartment Positive: Very nice apartment, looks a lot better in person than the photos give credit for. Lovely bathrooms and living area including a nice balcony to relax on. Kitchen had everything we needed. Negative: Fridge wasn’t really working and did not get cold enough to chill food.

Generally it was very good. Positive: Location, has two rooms and two toilets. Negative: Need instructions on how to open the balcony door, how to use the stove, extractor fan did not work. The place after cleaning needs to be supervised as there were no pillow cases, in one of the bedrooms. There were cleaning rags still in the dryer. I thought the 4pm check out was the latest I have seen anywhere in the world I have been. The early check out and late check in was for the staff to clean but the owners use it to make extra money from guests and charge extra 11 pounds per hour if you want to check out later or check in later. This leaves a bad taste. There should be some flexibility. There were no hooks in the toilet to hang the towers or your nightgown.
